2026 AGM
Dear Members,
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Spa Golf Club will take place as follows:
- Date: Monday 14th December 2026
- Time: 7.30pm
- Venue: Clubhouse Lounge
All Members are encouraged to attend. The AGM provides an opportunity to review the Club's activities and financial performance, elect Officers and Management Committee members, and consider matters affecting the future of the Club.
Nominations for Office
In accordance with the Club's Constitution and Management and Procedures Policy, nominations are invited for the following positions:
- Chairman of the Management Committee
- Honorary Secretary
- Honorary Treasurer
- Vice-Captain
- Lady Vice-Captain
- Vice-President
- Chairperson of the Bar, Restaurant & Entertainments Committee
The remaining Committee Convenors are continuing within their existing terms of office.
Nominations must be made in writing, identifying the position sought, and must include:
- The name and signature of a Member proposing the candidate.
- The name and signature of a second Member supporting the nomination.
- The candidate's signature confirming their willingness to serve if elected.
Nomination forms are available at the Office.
The closing date for nominations is Saturday 14th November 2026.
All nominations should be submitted to the Honorary Secretary. Valid nominations will be displayed on the Club Notice Board in advance of the AGM.
Members' Resolutions
Members wishing to submit a resolution for consideration at the AGM must do so in writing to the Honorary Secretary.
The closing date for resolutions is Monday 16th November 2026.
Resolutions will be considered in accordance with the Club's Constitution and Management and Procedures Policy; all governance documents can be downloaded from the Flightline "Documents" section or by email request directed to the Honorary Secretary.
AGM Agenda and Documentation
The final notice and agenda, including the business to be transacted, will be circulated to Members no later than Monday 7th December 2026.
Relevant supporting documents, including the minutes of the previous AGM, will be made available to Members in advance of the meeting.
